Sarova Hotels
Sarova Hotels is a group of three and four star independently owned and operated hotels located in London and the south of the UK. The hotels include The Rembrandt in Knightsbridge which features Aquilla Health and Fitness, and The Bull in Gerrards Cross, with a history that dates back to the 17th century. Each establishment is individually themed and has distinctive attributes. State of the art meeting facilities feature throughout the group enabling every type of event (from a small business meeting to an international conference) to be accommodated with consummate ease and style. Sarova Hotels also operate six establishments in Kenya including three safari lodges.

Online bookings have become a critical tool in the hotel industry but a lot of business is still being lost through poorly designed websites with difficult navigation. Research has indicated that site visitors need to be inspired while at the same time have easy access to hotel information and rates. Without these features potential customers simply move on to another site.

With the help of Shado CMS and exciting design by web solutions provider Monochrome Interactive, they launched a new website using Flash technology with Rich Internet Applications. The new site vastly improved the user experience, increased exposure of the brand and helped drive an increase in the number of global hotel reservations.
Potential guests are now able to explore Sarova's hotels with complete ease using an innovative menu driven navigation system. Interactive visuals accompany guests through hotel bedrooms, conference rooms, a health and fitness spa, restaurants and bars, as well as a range of other facilities. The site also features a dynamic, simple to use online booking system which provides instant room availability and rate information. The booking system is integrated with Shado CMS. This has helped Sarova increase the conversion rate of website visitors into actual customers. The Content Management System gives Sarova full control over updating the website's content and the overall image and appearance of the site.
