As an object orientated framework developers can add new  Events, Rules and Properties to any Object , or create new objects. Objects properties can be related to other properties giving the system integrity and it is a powerful base from which to build all manner of Flex applications.  The server-side framework has been built with Adobe ColdFusion which contains native libraries that easily integrate both Flex and ColdFusion.
